Meet a orthopedician. He might advise you painkillers. he might refer you to a physiotherapist for back exercise. Avoid lifting heavy weights or objects. avoid bending your back while picking objects from floor, instead bend your knees while keeping your back straight, pick object and get up. Avoid sitting on floor. Sleep on cotton mattress instead of foam or branded cushioned mattresses.
