General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi Neha,

Welcome to HCM.
You have not mentioned the site of dark circle. If it is around your eyes, it may be due to iron deficiency.
Dry and rough skin may be due to vitamin deficiency.
Eat plenty of fresh green vegetables, beetroot preparations, carrot, fruits and drink plenty of water.
You will need to check your haemoglobin level in the blood and if it is below normal limits, you will need iron supplements.

General & Family Physician Dr. P. Mahesh's  Response
As already mentioned, eat plenty of fresh vegetables and fruits and limit your time working on computer and watching movies, and continue with multivitamin tablets.
Give some rest to your eyes.

Don't expect overnight results.
