What Treatment Should I Take For Swollen Abdomen, Lack Of Appetite And Difficulty In Passing Stool?
I am 55 year old. Out door/touring job. accomodate in hotels and take food outside. I the morning stool do not pass out normally and for that I have to take lot of warm water and tea. Mucous problem. lack of apptite. hyper gastric. swollan abdoman. please advise me treatment for the same.

What you have mentioned here are not the disease condition first thing you really need to do is no need over conscious about the not passing the stool in morning it is the most common belief that stool just need to be passed in morning.
But as a matter of fact it is not the case, it does not cause any harm if one can not pass the stool in morning, It is advisable to go in for defecation even if you do not have sensation still be inside and sit there for while, do not exert the force, no matter if you do not pass the stool, have more fiber diet, and drink lot of water. Change of habit could bring the best result and only thing is to just take it easy.
