This is very high SGPT indicating liver problem. You need to get the child investigated for liver disorders by looking for Hepatitis, congenital liver anomalies, liver biopsy etc. You can ask the Doctor what are the possible causes in the child and also get the required investigations which may also need Ultrasound and/or other imaging modalities and/or liver biopsy.
