Hi. I have excessive thirst, drinking approx 10L per day and frequent urination.I have normal sugar levels. I also have a stinging pain in the middle of the bottom of my abdomen. I have leukocytes in the urine but no bacteria. I am very tired and suffer severe headaches and skin that is sore to touch. Also bruise easily. Liver enzymes are slightly elevated but US clear. Kidneys normal. I have also been suffering with intermittent vomiting and bouts of diarrhea. Have you any idea what could be wrong with me.

Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

With no pathological condition it is nothing to worry but first thing would be to ruled out the underlying illness, even if it is not the diagnosis done still certain symptoms could cause the excessive thrust like low grade fever, silent infection beside loss of fluid from body may cause the trust, endocrine dysfunction also need to be ruled out.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Akhtarhusain Shaikh
