What Was The Dark Brown Chunky Discharge After Missing My Periods?

last month I missed my period and every time I dont eat alot i get horrible stomach pains and start to gag the other day I through up and had a couple very small spots of blood then today I noticed I have dark brown chunky discharge what could this be?
