Overdose of clomiphene can cause nausea, vomiting, flushes, visual blurring, bloating, ovarian enlargement with pelvic or abdominal pain. Based on the history you have taken an extra dose of 100 mg of clomiphene in the second course of your treatment on the 4th day of treatment. You need to take an extra dose of 100 mg on the 5th (the last day) day of your treatment after consulting your treating doctor.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
