hi dr....m muskaan,age 22 yrs....height 5.7 n weight 80 kgs...i hav jooind aerobics classes since 1 mnth bt there is no reduction in my weight...i hav been controlin my deit as well as nw since past 10 days i hav strtd goinin twice 2 aerobics clases still no result is visible on my weight...m nt consumin junk,oily,sweet food also....pls help me wat shud i do 2 reduce my weught....pls prescribe me deit plan if posible n guide me al posible way.... hi muskaan.. you need to follow a 2 hourly meal pattern along with exercise.. avoid wheat and milk as sometimes people dont lose weight due to these.. start your day with green tea and 2 dates, have fruits and nuts for breakfast, moong salad for mid morning.. salad + 1 jowar/ ragi roti + veggies + dal for lunch..have egg whites/ sukha bhel as evening snacks.. keep dinner light like soups, salads, veggies/ chicken/ fish.. avoid fried, sweets, junk foods.. drink 2-3 liters water .. rest well..
there is no magic way to decrease weight.
you have to continue your efforts.
whatever you are following is the ideal way.
carry on it.
it takes time.
thumb rule is you should burn more calories than what you consume.
