What Would Be The Consequences Of Having A Urine Infection After An Abortion And How Can It Be Treated ?

I am 20 years old and i had an abortion 4 days ago. In my urine examination i was found with urine infection.? It reads trace of ALBUMIN , PUS cells 6-8/HPF, EPITHELIAL Cells 7-9/HPF , PH 6.0 , in the quantity of 30 ml. My Doctor gave my antibiotics for 5 days. i want to understand what this infection means and what are the consequences and remedies. please be grateful by helping me.
