What Would Cause A Bump Inside Vaginal Lip And Burning While Urinating?

hi, two weeks ago I started feeling a bump on the inside of the left lip of my vagina.Two days ago, it started burning when I would pee.I made an appointment with my ob/gyn.However, is there something that I should be concerned about?I have been abstinent.What could it possibly be?
