What Would Cause Acute Loss Of Fractioned Movement Of The Fingers And Inability To Move Arms ?

What would cause acute loss of fractioned movement of the fingers and inablility to move the arms for a short period of time and no signs of confusion or disorientation. Only one occurance so far, but was playing cards and was unable to move my cards into suits. Currently taking long therapy of antibotics for surgery wound infection but have been able to take hikes. Also have some slight dizziness and tired a lot.

HI
Thank for choosing The HCM,
This is a non specific kind of complain and mostly comes around without any treatment, this has got no specific reason at this moment but if the condition does not go away it self or becomes worse then the clinical observation and investigation will be required. Bye
