What Would Cause Pain In The Lower Right Quadrant Of Your Abdomen?

In experience a lot of pressure on lower right quad. I feel like a ballon has been inflated on that side causing pressure to go down to my vagina. It feels like a contraction the way that side hardens up. I woke up with a headache and feeling very dizzy too

Hi.
This may be due to :
Swelling of the terminal part of the Small intestine givinf obstruction of the small intestine- this gives you the typical feeling.
One has to rule out the diagnosis of Tuberculosis/ Crohns and such things which cause thickening of this part of the intestines .
I would advise :
Colonoscopy
Enteroclysis under fluroscopy guidance
Ultrasonography and Gynecological examination to Rule out Prolapse of the uterus with cystocele and enterocele.
The treatment will depend upon the final diagnosis.
