What Would Cause Pain In The Right Wrist After Sleep?

I fell asleep last night and in the middle of the night I woke up to use the restroom. I rolled out of my bed and used the restroom then went back to sleep. After that I woke up constantly because my right wrist was in pain. When I initially got out of bed, I remember putting weight on my top of my wrist to push myself out of bed. Not sure what caused it or what I could have done to it. I went to Walgreens and purchased a wrist guard. Any thoughts/suggestions? Thank you in advance for taking the time to assist

Hello

As understanding from the history, this will be like a sprain of the wrist due to pressure applied without knowledge. Good that you bought a brace. This should help stabilize the joint and also improve the pain.

You should do well in 10-15 days of time.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
