Hello
It seems from the history that you are having sinus pressure behind the eyes.
This may be because of sinusitis and requires examination by a ENT doctor for evaluation and treatment accordingly.
The causes for pain and pressure behind the eyes are uncorrected refractive errors and inflammation of the eye.
If the vision is normal and eye is not having redness these conditions are unlikely and sinusitis may be the cause.
Hence I advice you to consult ENT doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
