Whats Causes Severe Pain Below Knee After A Bad Fall?

Hi is this real? I m speaking to a doctor? I am 27 years old female I fell hard on the kitchen floor because I slipped on it. My right leg, the area in front directly bellow my knee caught the full impact of the fall. It hurt a lot, intense pain and from time to time I still feel it and it hurts. It s been 3 days. I ve tried aspirin and putting it on ice. I ve made the mistake of rolling ontop of it today and this intense familiar pain happened. Is it possible to bleed under the skin? When I lightly touch it it feels odd somehow kinda airy and painful. It looks a little swollen but no brushing I can see, so much more painful than what it looks like. What happened to me? What should I do and what can I do right now for it?

Hello,
I have studied your case and I think that you have hurt your knee badly. I would suggest you to get x ray of the knee joint. If there is any hairline crack or even soft tissue injury than you will need splinting and immobilization.
Also You should follow these steps.
1.Take Brufen one tablet twice in a day.
2.Ice application and compression bandage.
3.Avoid standing and knee bending.
If pain continue than you should meet a orthopaedic surgeon.
