What's Causing Dark Green Salival Cough Along With Xiphoid Process Pain?

Currently experiencing xiphoid process pain, and or around it. I've been feeling sharp pain, pressure, and subtle burning pain insidie. Just recently I've been coughing up dark green saliva from my throat, and think an infection might be occurring? My stomach just doesn't feel really well, and this happened just a few hours ago. The coughing up stuff has been happening for like four days? Maybe three?

Hello

There can be two reasons for this
First one is that you maybe developing a lung infection and may need antibiotics for the same.
Second reason may be acid reflux which is causing the pain for which you will need some acid reducing drugs
Please meet your doctor for examination and further advice.
Thanks
