Whats Causing Nausea, Labour Pains With Grayish Clot 4 Days After My Period Was Due?

I was 4 days late on my period, on the fourth day that night I started having labor like pains and major nausea. Couple hours later I started spotting.
The next morning I'm having more severe labor like pains and now bleeding lightly but the pains and nausea are my biggest concern. Also passed what was similar to a blood clot but it was graish in color and floated in the water . What could be going on with me?

Hi,
Welcome to HCM
It seems that you were pregnant, and then you had spontaneous complete Abortion. Grayish thing could be foetus in sac. You must go and see your Doctor. Your Doctor will do internal P/V examination, pregnancy test from urine and USG to confirm the diagnosis and to make sure that there is nothing remained in your womb.
Take Care
