What's Causing Swelling And Coloration On The Left Knee Since 20 Yrs In A 41 Yr Old Male?

My left leg at the knee has been swelling up and painting me since I was twenty I'm now forty one every specialist I go to tells me the same thing. ' I don't know ' test after test do you have an inkling of what causes this they've ruled out clotting absent vein etc thank you

i have gone through you query, i want to know what is the range of movement at knee?how much painful it is?based on this you can have two option -
1.joint replacement
2.knee fusion(arthrodesis)
i need to see your xray.
