Since three teaspoonful of Cremaffin plus caused you loose stool the next day morning, it is obvious that the dosages was too much. Usually nothing to worry unless there is any pain, tenesmus, dehydration or electrolyte imbalance. It may take a few days for motion to be settled to normal. You can try one tsf only after you get the next constipation or hard stool. OR the best you can try another bulk laxative like Fabolite that is Isabgol husk. Consult your Doctor is you develop any other symptoms or the loose stools do not stop for proper clinical evaluation, examination and any management if needed.
