When I Am Keyboarding For Any Extended Period Of Time,

When I am keyboarding for any extended period of time, my right hand (I am right-handed) is always cold while my left hand stays warm. I do have a torn rotator cuff on the right side and I have had bi-lateral carpal tunnel release. I do have right shoulder, elbow and hand pain when keyboarding which becomes extreme by the end of my work day. Why would my right hand be cold while the left one stays warm?
