When I Have A Cold My Nose Stays Stuffy And Filled With Mucas ,please Help
my voice has always sounded like i have a cold even when well. I breathe through my mouth because it feels like I can't get enough air in breathing through my nose. when i have a cold my nose stays stuffy and filled with mucas for months after. also i snore very badly and breath very heavily. any ideas? thanks.

You need a physical examination to be done. Get in touch with a ENT specialist in your town.
Pissibilities are ---
1- you may have deviated nasal septum.
2- u may have sinusitis.
3- U MAY HAVE RHINO SINUSITIS LEADING TO GLUE EAR.
u JUST NEED A THROUGH ent check up.
N dont worry it is just a benign condition that will resolve with some antibiotic and other supportiong drug.
