When I Smoke My Right Hand Curls Up. What Is This?

Sometimes when I smoke my right hand curls up, almost like a fist more like a seizure. It doesn t last more than a minute. This started like 4 weeks ago. And usually when I haven t had a cigarette for a while. What is this?

Hi..., The above signs are suggestive of the calcium deficiency Tetanus...you need to get serum calcium checked.., if less then, supplementation of the calcium is needed....
