When Can I Start Exercising After Removal Of A Ovary ?
Hi, I had my right ovary removed on the 6th July 2011 through a laparoscopic, when can I start exercising, using sauna and steam room again? I am 34 years, 65kg and 1.62cm tall. I had a dermoid cyst , which caused my ovary removal. No other conditions.

You can start sauna and steam now.
Avoid exercise for some time as it gives pressure in the abdomen and pelvic muscles.
