When Can I Have Full Body Massage After C Section ?

i am 32 yrs old.5 2 and 127 lbs i had cesarian delivery 6 months ago.when can i do steam and sauna?and is it ok to have a full body massage?and when is the safest date to return to my work as a massage therapist.?

Hi,

Welcome to HCM.
Since it is already 6 months past C Section, you can certainly do steam and sauna and have full body massage.
The surgical wound must have healed completely by now, though it will take nearly two years for the muscles to regain their original strength at the site of incision.
If you feel healthy and comfortable there is no reason why you cannot resume your job as a massage therapist.
