Hi,
After an unhealthy pregnancy with an unfavorable outcome, you should wait for at least 2-3 months if it is a vaginal delivery and for at least a year if it is an abdominal delivery. Meanwhile, you should get all the preliminary investigations done and attend genetic counselling if needed, in order to take precautions in future pregnancies. Prenatal vitamins like folic acid in the folate form is beneficial. Please ask your gynecologist for a prescription of folate. Please take plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables. Hope this helps.
