Hi,
Welcome to HCM.

VDRL can become nonreactive within 3-6 months after the completion of treatment in case you had infected within a year or two. If your infection is more than two years old, then it may take an year or more to become nonreactive following treatment. But TPHA test once positive means, remains positive for ever like a serological scar. It does not mean that you are having infection or you are infectious to others. Disease cured, but the body remembers the infection for ever as a scar following the healing of a wound. But it would be difficult to go for foreign job as they are not accepting a TPHA positive into their country.
