When Do Periods Begin After Taking Regestrone?

Hi doctor, I had an abortion during the month of June. I took an untra sound test aswell hcg test, the resuts are negative. Soon after my abortion, I had my periods during the month of July and August. My ultrasound test stated I ve pcos so the doc prescribed Krimson 35MG. Doc told me to have it from the 5th day of my periods. I had it for a week and had blood spots till 20th of August. I got my period on 4th of Aug. Later, she gave me Regestrone 5MG. Its been 2 days after my Regestrone course, I comsumed regestrone for 5 days and havent got my perIods yet. Please help.
