I just want to ask when does a newborn follow your voice ? my baby is 1month and almost 2 wks.

since birth, at this age ur baby should give pleasent and unpleasent responses to appropriate voises/noises. baby loves to hear good music but gets frightened or cries on unpleasent sounds, baby achieves this art even before birth.
