When Does One Discontinue Confido?
Hi i read an article about Himalaya confido and started using it, as i had an issue with pre mature ejaculation off late which i realized due to continuous masturbating , now i feel it has improved and i even stopped masturbating , i had been masturbating since when i was 14 years old everyday, and i have noticed that my penis is being the same small size , i am planning to use Himalaya himcolin gel and speman for better results on my penis , please advice as i am very introverted to consult a physician , and also advice when to stop confido as its been 4+ week since opened

First of all I want to psychoeducate you that Masturbation is completely a safe practice. It has nothing to do with poor health, loss of potency or infertility. It doesn't result in pre-mature ejaculation. It is also not the reason of small size of penis.
Penis size is different in different people. It varies with race, ethnicity. It is the erection which maters and not the size. If you are getting enough erection then there is no need to use gels or creams which claim to increase the size. I would advise you that size can't be increased by local creams or gels.
