When Have To Concentrate, Feel Chest Ti Constrict, Breathing Labored. Legs Don't Jerk To The Hammer Test. Suggestions?
HI. When I concentrate (perhaps writing code or an essay) my chest seems to constrict and breathing becomes labored. Within a short time, I get dizzy and have a headache.
I have never been diagnosed of anxiety or stuff like that, but I wouldn't be surprised if the cause is neurological. I just found that my legs don't jerk in response to the kneel hammer test, if that is any use.
