When I Move My Forearm To Fast I Get A Pain Through It For A Second Like A Muscle Cramp
When i move my forearm to fast I get a pain through it for a second like a muscle cramp . I m not overexerting it either just normal arm movement for me. It hurts for a second then stops. I m not sure how to treat it or what the cause of this is. Please enlighten me if you can.
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
A momentary pain on movement of the arm can be due to tendonitis - inflammation of the tendon or muscle causing that particular movement. Taking pain killers like brufen , hot fomentation and giving adequate rest to your arm will help.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
