Hi there,

Thanks for your query.

A chip fracture usually heals within 3-4 weeks. Complete healing would be revealed on a repeat X-ray.

You can resume your exercises once the fracture is completely healed, as confirmed by x-ray. There are no specific exercises; bending/extending and rotation of arms in both directions, would suffice.

If you find my response helpful and informative, do not forget an “excellent” (5-star rating) to my answer, to ENCOURAGE ALL doctors- engaged in social service- to render sound advice to the FREE queries.
