When Should I Have A Surgery With Tears In Rotary Cuff Tendons?

i JUST LEARNED TODAY THAT I HAVE COMPLETE TEARS IN 2 ROTATOR CUFF TENDONS AND A PARTIAL TEAR IN A 3RD. I'M AN ACTIVE 62 YEAR OLD AND THIS INJURY OCCURRED 2 WEEKS AGO AT WORK. WHAT IS THE OPTIMAL TIME I MUST GET SURGERY BEFORE THE WINDOW OF SUCCESS CLOSES?
BOTH TORN TENDONS HAVE SOME "RETRACTION"

You have to get it done with in 3 to 4 months or before as once tears start retraction then chances of success get decreased. So get operated as early as possible before tear srts getting back. You can opt for open or arthroscopic surgery.
