When To Give Coriminic Drops And Its Dosage For An Infant?

hi, my baby is 1 and a half months old. she is suffering from cold since yesterday. doctor gave me coriminic drops - 4 drops ,thrice a day. But i forgot to ask when to give drops, before feed, after feed, in between 2 feeds. duration between drops.
Please suggest.

Hi,

Thanks for writing to health care magic.
I can understand your concern.

Cold subsides on its own and we do not encourage giving any medication for the same for our patients. If there is a nose block then we advise to give normal saline drops. This clears off the block and helps the baby to breath normally.
