Dear Payel,

MHR tablets are Folic acid supplementation tablets. You should start them immediately. You need not wait till you decide to conceive. These tablets will help heathy growth and healthy implantation of the products of conception.

Since it is now more than six months of your miscarriage, you may attempt the pregnancy now. You can go ahead with the unprotected intercourses now with the aim of conceiving.

I hope this helps you.
