When To Take Warfarin Pills After Having Incorrect Consumption?
Hi I use Warafin 5 mg and take it once every night I am afraid I might have taken two warafin pills by mistake when I am supposed to have 2 pills of morphine.. There is a risk as I usually take 1 pill between 10 to 10 30 p.m. Should I take the warafin pill again at 10 p.m.? It is really scary for me.

I suggest you do not take any further warfarin at present. You need your blood INR checking as soon as possible before taking any more warfarin. I suggest you see your doctor or go to the ED for this.
