hi doctor i m 22 year old i did a lot masturbation after 17 now i have a girlfriend but when we get closer to sex i ejaculate in a few seconds my girlsfriend loves me very much she adviice me to treat this i feel very shy what i do plz help me

Masturbation is quite common and Normal physiological phenomenon
so need not to feel guilty regarding this . the problem premature and early ejaculation is due to over stimulation of sex center at brain
i advise you during act of coitus ,distract your mind some where it will help you or concentrate on breath and try to control the pace of breathing , breathe shallow and slowly it will help
