When Will I Get My Period After Missing A Birth Control Pill?

Hi. I am on microgynon.I was sick the day after my last pill of the packet.

The last pill i took was last thurs 27th..and sick the friday night.I was sick 24 hours after taking the pill. I read that if you are sick up to 12 hours see section -3.4 A lost pill and to take another pill however it said if you sick more than 12 hours after taking microgynon then recvert to section 3.3 A missed pill. I took it as a missed pill.. But now I am due to come on which is usually the Sunday/Monday. And I read that it doesnt matter if you miss the last pill in the packet, it just means you will have the seven day break early. But I dont know what to do because I took the pill as i had been sick for more than 12 hours after..but it was the last pill of the pack. Now I am waiting to come on. Should I of not taken it as a missed pill? And will my period just be late??? I would really appreciate a reply. Thank you very much.
