General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
It seems that the hemorrhoid has a devitalised skin on it and is prolapsed. IF the scab is removed there may be a lots of bleeding.
I would advise you to consult a General Surgeon or Proctologist to have clinical examination and may do ligation of the bleeding point to avoid the blood loss.
Also get examined for presence of other hemorrhoids and to get operated for permanent cure.
Colonoscopy is a must to rule out any other problem in the colon.
