When Will My Father Recover From Fever?
My father is diabetic. Age 55 years . He is being diagnosed with typhoid on Saturday. The doctor in giving saline and some intravenous antibiotics from tomorrow. Now the fever is there but maximum temperature is 100. How long will he take to recover?

Dear sir I understand your concern.usually typhoid Fever will take 3 to 5 wks for full recover.fever will come down with in 3-5 days.But since the infection will be there in intestine it will take some time for the intestine to heal completely
you should take only bland food without chilli and tamarind.
he will recover soon
