When Will Ovulate Again Post Medical Abortion?

sir,i am 35 years.after 3 years of my 1st ectopic pregnancy i get pregnant and 6 week i got spot bleeding,doctor said it was abortion.now i start to getting norethistrone for 14 days,but within 4 days i had bleeding only one day.so can i continue norethistrone any more?can i get pregnant very soon?when i get ovulating again ?thank you

hello
thank you for asking the question.
as you started norethisterone and still bleeding then no need to worry. it is due to remain aborted part removed as bleeding.
continue with norethisterone as prescribed for 14 days. then again you get withdrawal bleeding.
so as next cycle start, you again ovulate for next cycle. so no need to worry about ovulation. this hormonal treatment interfere with ovulation. once you stop it, again you remain your normal cycle.
