Which Among White Potato And Yogurt Can Cause Osteoarthritis Symptoms?

I have OA. I have never had what s referred to as a flare up until the past couple days. I limit nightshade plants but enjoy a plain white potato about 5 times a week....consistently. I also eat yogurt every day. Are either of these the culprit Thanks

Hi,Welcome to healthcare magic. After going through your query I think You are suffering from osteoarthritis. Osteoarthritis is not related to eating of yogurt and potato .
