Hi,

I would advise to try nexium 40 mg, 30 minutes before breakfast.
If it gives you side effects then please improve your eating habits.
Exercise 30 minutes x 5 times per week.
Drink adequate amount of water.
Eat more fibers in your food.
Minimise fast food and fatty foods.
Improve your sleeping habits.

Wishing you good health.

Hope it helps.

Regards
