For your height, your weight must be with in 70 kg.
Exercise as well as Diet control is very important in Weight control.
Both should be goes hand in hand.
So that you can control your weight.
Exercise regularly for 45 minutes a day for atleast 5 days a week.
You can lose upto 1 kg per week either diet control or exercise.
1. Drink plenty of water
2. Eat lot of green leafy vegetables
3. Eat sensibly. Needs of your body do not change just because you are trying to lose weight. You will need
proteins, carbohydrates,
vitamins, minerals and some facts.
4. Stop butter or margarine oil or ghee on bread/roti.
5. Use skimmed milk instead of whole milk.
6. Trim any fat you can see on the meat. Because there is hidden fat in meant, east less meat and more potatoes, veg, and pulses.
