Which Diet Plan Would Help To Reduce Weight?

Hi Dr. Meenakshi Attrey, Hope you are doing good!! thanks for your advice. My appologies for delayed reply. I need your advice on below. I have gone through health check up and below are the details: Age - 35 Height - 185 cm weight - 106Kgs Visceral fat (VF) - 17 Sub Contaneous - 31.5 Body age - 59 BMI - 31.0 BMR - 2132 Muscle Mass - 29.7 as per the above wellness report analysis, I am concern about it. Can you please provide me the diet guidance to reduce my weight ( i need detailed plan for a week (monday to sunday and what time I need to take what food) so that i can follow it. At your height, an ideal weight would be around 70-75 Kgs.
You need to work hard to shed these extra kilos.

A normal B.M.I is under 25.

We classify obesity according to B.M.I as follows-

Class B.M.I Range

Normal 18.5-24.99
Overweight 25-30
Obese 31-40
Morbid obese >40

I think you can place yourself on the table.

Actually there is no magic plan to achieve weight reduction , but I can certainly help you out.
Try to maintain a balanced diet with cereals , proteins ,vegetables . Even a little oil and fat is also required. Try to eat around 4-5 fruits a day. Keep away from fried food , soft drinks . Have small meals at regular intervals.Drink loads of water. That's all about the diet.

It would be great if you could add to that a bit of physical exercise and cardio workouts like walking and jogging. Walk for at least 40 minutes a day
