Hello,

I will suggest you to continue with telekast-L. as it contains a mild type of anti allergic and motelukast, both of them are safe if used for a long term. You can also use inhaled low dose steroid which you have mentioned in name of flohale. The question is that this problem need to be diagnosed by doing spirometery and allergy tests (if not done earlier).
