Which Exercises Can Help To Reduce Back Pain?

I am suffering from lower back pain about 1 year and doctors tell me to doing some exercise .but i do some extra normal exercise like hanging and climb in rope. Plz tell me what can i do? My age=20, weight=62, height= 171cm, doc. Tells me my R5 get swallon. Tell me which exercise i do any, medicine help me
