Which Foods Are Recommended For Weight Gain With History Of Gastritis?

Hi i suffer from gastritis. It also causes me vomitting and diarrhea. I cant eat many things now. I lost 10 pounds in 3 days, im desperated to get my weight back. I'm 5'3 and 100 pounds now. My normal weight is 110 to 112.
What food would help me get my weight back without hurting my stomach.

Hello and welcome to HealthCare Magic,

My biggest concern here is gastric or duodenal ulcer not simple gastritis. Did you had an upper GI Endoscopy? If not then I would strongly suggest that you see a Gastroenterologist. Meanwhile you cane use Prevacid for pain relief and avoid Fatty/ Spicy and oily food. Last meal should be 2 hrs before bed time and raise the head of your bed or use 2 pillow for your head.
