Which Is The Best Treatment For Bruising On My Ankle?

I wore thermals tucked in to two pairs of thick socks and then put my boots on over that and jeans...the boots we re very hard to zip up and we re tight and uncomfortable around my left ankle. Today there is bruising but no swelling and I can barely stand without severe pain in that ankle. What did I do to it?

Hi

You seem to have developed bruises of over the legs.
First of all, try to prevent any further trauma to the area.
Wear loose socks and shoes.
Take oral vitamin csupplementation which will help in early clearance of the clot and early healing.
You do not need to apply anything topically.
If there is any associated itching, then you might apply some topical moisturizers over it.

Hope it helps
