Which Kind Of Worms Appear In Stool Of A Child?

I saw a couple of long red/dark pink flattish things (not sure if they were worms) in my 4-yr old's stool 2 days after i gave her anti-helminthic drug (zentel). Were these worms? if so, which kind of worms were they as they were really long and seemed to come out with every piece of stool.

From your discription.i can conclude that they were worms.Long worms in clusters are more likely roundworms (Ascaris lumbricoides).There presence can be confirmed by stool examination for ova and parasites.
